This capstone project for the RMIT Teachers Hub, relocating to the QV building, blends Australian Indigenous art with contemporary urban design to foster community and inclusivity. Inspired by the ‘city within a city’ concept, the design integrates bold colors, organic shapes, and eco-friendly materials, creating dynamic spaces enriched with greenery to connect with nature. Strategic communal areas and shared workspaces encourage interaction among the diverse RMIT community, while a digital AI receptionist sensory resting pods to addresses post-Covid needs. The design promotes a holistic, sustainable environment for staff and educators, featuring modern meeting areas, relaxation zones, and facilities that support work-life balance.
